Beginning January 2, 2024, the Disney Dream will offer a mix of Bahamian and Western Caribbean sailings in a continuation of her fall offerings. Please note, the port order may be different and will be adjusted once the full detailed itineraries are available to view on Disney Cruise Line’s website. There are a number of conflicts at Castaway Cay that will be resolved once the actual itineraries for each sailing are revealed. Starting May 4, 2024, the Disney Magic will sail from San Juan to Florida and offer 3-, 4-, and 5-night Bahamian, and 5-night Western Caribbean Cruise. The majority of the Disney Magic summer 2024 Bahamian itineraries feature a stop at Lighthouse Point. While Summer 2024 dates were announced today, general booking will not open until Thursday March 30th. The tiered booking period will begin March 27th for Castaway Club Members and some others. The new Castaway Club early booking benefit for Pearl members is NOT part of this release.

Following a Transatlantic voyage in late-October, the ship returns to Fort Lauderdale in November and offers Bahamian and Caribbean cruises for the remainder of the year. Disney Dream sailings between mid-September and mid-October are not yet released, but it’s likely the ship will remain in Europe during that timeframe. And on the West Coast, the Disney Wonder will sail three to seven-night trips to Mexico from its port in San Diego, according to the company.
These cruises can be a good deal, as they usually are cheaper per night than conventional round-trip cruises. The longest repositioning cruises are the Panama Canal and Transatlantic cruises, which are almost always the cheapest cruises (per night) of the whole year. The Disney Wonder will head to Alaska again after spending much of the winter visiting Australia, New Zealand, the South Pacific and Hawaii. Disney Magic will probably continue to sail out of Miami or Fort Lauderdale to the Caribbean.
